Obituary of Rosario "Ross" Ienco

IENCO, Rosario "Ross" passed away peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital with family by his side on Tuesday September 10, 2024 in his 61st year. Loving father of Sarah (Brian) of Angus, Michelle (Kevin) of Toronto and Samantha also of Angus. Dear son of Rosina of Port Dover. Deeply missed by his siblings Joseph of Port Dover, Mary Zdrilich of Port Dover, Tony (Ana) of London, Pina (Umberto) Rosso of Port Dover and Cathy (Paul) Spence of Kentucky.  Proud Grandpa of Oliver. Predeceased by his father Vincenzo and sister Carmelina. Ross was a dedicated and hard working man who took pride in all that he did. He had a passion for all sports, especially hockey.  Ross was an admirer of music, more specifically, rock music, and knew the lyrics to every song the Rolling Stones made. Ross enjoyed food.  He was a foodie.  He loved a good bowl of his brother's pasta fagioli.  Those who knew Ross will remember him for his lively stories, the love he had for his family, and his incredible ability to give you directions to basically anywhere almost better than a GPS could!  Ross will be dearly missed by many. A Funeral Mass will be said on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church, 17 Lynn Park Rd., Port Dover.  Father Augustine Ogundele celebrant.
