Obituary of Alison McVicar

McVicar, Alison (nee Myerscough), passed away peacefully on May 12, 2024 in her 82nd year at Norfolk General Hospital Simcoe.  Loving mother of Lee Myerscough of Richmond B.C.. Dear sister of Tom (Mandy) Myerscough of Port Dover, Lynda  Smallman of Waterford and sister-in-law of Ilene in Lanark. Proud grandmother of Nathan. She will be fondly remembered by her friend Ron Wagstaff of Scotland, ON. Predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Florence, brothers Harold, Bill, Bob, John, sister Lois, sister-in-law Carol and brothers-in-law Larry and Peter. Alison was a wine connoisseur and enjoyed a glass while doing crossword puzzles. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Special thanks to the staff on the 4th floor at Norfolk General Hospital for their care and compassion.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, Port Dover 519-583-1530.
