Obituary of Helen Castles

CASTLES, Helen peacefully passed away on September 28, 2022. Predeceased by her loving husband Bill, her parents Les and Ella Powell, her son Jack and son in-law Anthony Laundrie. Helen will be sadly missed by her sons Doug and Bill and her daughters Shirley Laundrie, Betty (Jim) Davison and daughter in law Diane.Cherished grandmother to Shane (Linda), Brooke (Chris), Dustin (Michelle), Jimmy (Ashley), Billy (Becca), Patricia and Shawn. Great grandmother to 10 great grandchildren. Helen leaves behind two sisters Pat and Barb and her brother Victor. Helen was a life member of The Marburg Women's Institute and enjoyed baking, quilting and Sewing. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Staff at Dover Cliffs Long Term Care for the wonderful care provided for Helen over the years. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Monday October 3 rd from 1pm-2pm at Thompson Waters Funeral Home 102 First Ave. Port Dover.
