Dear Ann and family: My condolences to you all, Carl and I met many times working on behalf of the Lions Club, establishing Silver Lake Park. If I recall correctly, Carl was very much involved with leveling the large chimney at the boiler house, and later removed the lumber floors from the boiler house, as kids were climbing all over it, dangerous. He was a good man and it is a pleasure to say: I knew that man, he was a good example to us Lions!
