Dear Carolyn, Alison,Peter & family. Sending my sincere sympathy to yr family. When someone passes away suddenly it hurts so much at the time, I know that for a fact.. but it makes u think how lucky we were to enjoy life with that person. for all those years. I remember Ora when he was a teenager when his family lived on mud street because our families lived out that way. He was a character . Yes Ora will be missed . I was very fortunate to talk to him not to long ago, Keep all the good memories close to your heart.

From the time Ora started working with dad in his excavating company back in the '50s, I have had such respect and admiration for that guy. Always honest and down to earth, he could be completely relied upon... a much rarer quality than we would like, and one he exhibited lifelong. I can't believe we won't be seeing him at Marburg any more. Carolyn, Alison, Pete and family, know that in our own smaller way, we share your sorrow.

Ora was one of a kind! Always willing to discuss the issues of the day, I grew up around Ora as a kid, he was always into something new and exciting when we were growing up!
He was the first to welcome us back to Dover when we moved back after an absence of 47 years!
He will be sadly missed by many!
