Obituary of Terrence Ashton Hagen
HAGEN, Terrence Ashton passed away peacefully with his children at his side on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Norview Lodge at the age of 86. Loving father of Jennifer Miller (Steve Wallace), Becky McGee and Tim Hagen. Proud grandpa of Sarah McGee. Predeceased by his loving wife Veronica (2009), parents Bill and Madge Hagen, brothers Morley and Mike and sister Beverley. Terry will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his brother Pat of Southampton and sisters -in -laws Lynne of Port Dover and Lois of Calgary, brother-in-law to Evelyn and Harold Elsie of Oakville, his many nieces and nephews and countless good friends. The family wishes to give special thanks to the caring staff at Norview Lodge for the past 7 years. Terry enjoyed music, playing pool, fishing, duck hunting, making decoys and boating on his pride and joy Lady of Dover. He also had a love of golden labs and animals. Terry was a self made man and had many professions such as barbering, restaurant owner of Red Barns the Royal Simcoe Lodge, commercial fisherman and finally Port Dover's quality builder of Hagen Homes.Friends are invited to meet with the family to share their memories of Terry from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday February 13, 2019 at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME 102 First Ave Port Dover 519-583-1530. Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Thursday February 14, 2019 at 11am at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church Lynn Park Ave Port Dover. Father Lucio Couto, Celebrant.
