Obituary of Peter Frank Kalina

KALINA, Peter Frank, of Port Dover, passed away at Norfolk General Hospital on Monday, September 11, 2017 in his 77 year. Dearly loved husband of Eva. Much loved father of Katrin, Gregory and John (Cindy). Loving grandfather of Johnny, C.J. and A.J.  Peter is also survived by many other relatives. Before his retirement, Peter worked as a Court Officer for Toronto Police Services. He was an avid sportsmen, he loved playing hockey and was a fan as well. Peter had an aviary at his home, he loved raising birds many of which were tropical. He loved nature and animals of all kinds. Peter will be sadly missed by all who knew him.  Friends are invited to meet with the family to share their memories of Peter at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave. Port Dover 519-583-1530 on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 2 pm to 3 pm, followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3 pm.
