I am sorry to hear about Sheila's passing. Sheila and I spent a great deal of time together at Dover Cliffs when her mom was a resident here. So sorry to hear of Sheila's passing. As a teenager I babysat for her on Ryerse Cresc. And recently have enjoyed seeing her at Lighthouse and the Legion. She always had a smile on her face and called me by name. It was a little reminder of how Port Dover used to be. I will miss her.

Sheila has been a constant at the cottage for me my entire life, she taught me how to catch bullfrogs in the slip when i was little. As I grew up and headed up north without my family, i always had a sense of comfort knowing Sheila would be just in the next cottage should I need anything. I am very heartbroken by her passing and wish to extend my deepest condolences to Heather-Jo, Jeff, the boys and all the rest of your family.

Our family has been close to Sheila and her family such a long time and we have especially enjoyed our life together at the cottage and Lake for the past several years. Sheila touched all our lives and we were so fortunate to have shared so many fun memories with her. All of us have our own fond memories to draw from that will last our own lifetime. For me, I especially remember the early times and the special Stevie dance we shared and my personal best when I offered her a personal dance in my black leotards on her 70th birthday. Since we had internet at the cottage Sheila would come over and use her iPad to email friends and research so many topics. I told her I was billing her for the time......lol. Nonetheless, we,re all richer for having her in our lives. God's speed Sheila. We will find you at the Lake this Spring in some way I know it. Love from all of us.
