Obituary of James Edward O'Brien

O'BRIEN, James Edward passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday December 7, 2016 in his 85th year. Loving father of Edward (Laurie) of Barrie, Proud grandfather of Rodney and Lindsay. Sadly missed by sister Aniceta (Brian) Maw of Novar and sister -in-law Margaret. Predeceased by his wife Ada (2011), daughter Karen, parents Thomas and Nora, brothers Basil, Lorraine and Sylvester and sisters-in-law Helen and Marg. A special thanks to sister-in-law May Walker for her support and home care over the past several years. Friends are invited to meet with family to share memories of James on Monday December 12, 2016 from 11am to 1pm. at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME 102 First Ave. Port Dover (519)-583-1530. Following visitation a Service will be held in James memory in the funeral home Chapel at 1pm. Deacon John Doomernik officiating.
