Robert, we were so sorry to learn of Elizabeth's recent passing. She battled her illness with courage and positivity even back in the days I taught with her at Port Dover Public School. She was a kind, caring, compassionate teacher and colleague, loved and admired by all. Betty always enjoyed her visits with you and Liz. Our deepest condolences to you in your sad loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad difficult time. Cherish all your wonderful memories of her. We certainly will.

Prayers [Posted by Andrew (Andy) Palmer (Carleton classmate / friend) On Thursday, August 11, 2016] Dear Family I was a student at Carleton with Liz. She was a much better student than me; she graduated (1968) a year before me! Several months ago, I had warm vivid recollections of our pleasant conversations and I had resolved that, if possible, I would try to share somehow, one last laugh with my friend. I am truly saddened by this discovery today. In retrospect, it was no coincidence that I felt compelled to pray for her daily. Please accept these humble condolences an "old" friend. - Andy
