Obituary of ELSIE WILSON

WILSON, Elsie May (nee Gough) passed away peacefully on Sunday June 28, 2015 at Norfolk General Hospital in her 85th year. Predeceased by her husband Bill (1995). Dear mother of Jane (Dave) Beckett of Simcoe and John (Annette) of Port Dover. Much loved grandmother of Jennifer (Alex), Sam, Anna and Hannah. Proud great-grandmother of Grace, Amelia, and McKinley. Predeceased by her parents Steven and Rachel Gough , brothers Edward (Rhea) and George (Irene). Fondly remembered by her nephew Randy Gough (Val) and niece Jill Warren (Scott) and by the Gaston, Kendrick and Beckett families. Elsie loved to work in her garden, adored her grand and great-grandchildren, her friends, and was the queen of special occasions. Friends are invited to meet with family and share their memories of Elsie on Thursday July 2, 2015 from 10am to 11am at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME 102 First Ave. Port Dover (519)-583-1530. Following visitation a memorial service will be held in Elsie's memory at 11am in the funeral home Chapel. Rev. Bill Sparling officiating.
